Christopher Kolb

Chris Kolb received his First Degree with Montgomery Council in April 1973. He became a member of the Church of the Resurrection in 1986, and is a Lector and substitute Eucharistic Minister. He transferred his Knights of Columbus membership to Bishop Lyons Council in 1991. Professionally, Chris has worked for the Comptroller of Maryland for 38 years. He is a CPA and current Manager of Taxpayer Media. Chris also has an avid interest in public speaking.

Raul Chang

Raul Chang joined Bishop Lyons Council about eight years ago.  He has actively served the Council as a Chancellor three times; he has also been a Deputy Grand Knight.  Raul is also active as an Usher at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conceptionin Washington, DC.  He is married and his wife is active as a Eucharistic Minister at Resurrection Parish.  He is a household head with Couples for Christ.  All three of his sons were altar servers.  Professionally, Raul works for Medstar Georgetown University Hospital.



Lee Pfeffer, PGK

Lee Pfeffer has been a member of Bishop Lyons Council for more than 20 years, and has been Grand Knight five times.  During this time he has chaired the Burtonsville Day, the Post Prom, and the Winterfest Food committees. In addition, he has served the Maryland State Council as a District Warden. He has served Resurrection Parish as an usher and as president of the Parish Council. He is a loving father, happily married to Cecelia for 35 years.  They have four children, five grandkids, and one great granddaughter.  Professionally, Lee is Vice President of the Learning Tree Child Development Center & Preschool with 20 years of experience.  He has been a teacher with the NJ Public School System and has 20 years of technology experience.  Lee has also been active as Co-President with the Anne Arundel Directors Association; as a member of the Early Childhood Coalition; as an adjunct at Anne Arundel Community College; and as a Coach with the Burtonsville Athletic Association.

Bill Conlon has been a member of Bishop Lyons Council for the past 23 years and he is a member of the 4th Degree as well. Professionally, Bill has worked in electronics for 40 years. His favorite pastimes are old Corvettes and travel. He is an active member of the Church of the Resurrection as a Eucharistic Minister.

Basil Allison, PGK

Basil Allison has been a member of Resurrection Parish since 1984.  He received his First Degree at Bishop Lyons Council in October 1997.  Basil was Grand Knight in the 1998-1999 Columbian Year, and he has served as an Officer of Bishop Lyons Council since then. Professionally, Basil is an electrical engineer with over 40 years of electric utility experience, and a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Jim Larkins, PGK is a retired Air Force Officer and an Honorary Life Member of the Knights of Columbus.  He was Grand Knight of the Bishop Lyons Council during the 2012-2013 Fraternal Year and presently serves as a Trustee.  He has been married to his wife, Mary, for over fifty years.



Christopher Coker

In November 2010, Christopher Coker became a member of Church of the Resurrection. He received his First Degree with the Bishop Lyons Council in February 2011 and his 4th Patriotic Degree of the Order in April 2012. Chris was Grand Knight for fraternal years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 and has also held the Deputy Grand Knight and Recorder positions. Professionally, Chris has worked in federal government contracts and procurement for 30 years. He is president of C3 Ventures, a small business that provides consulting services to federal government and commercial firms in contract/procurement management. He has been a member of the National Contract Management Association for 20 years.
